In Australia we went for the best method of transportation, OUR OWN VAN! We
bought our little van, christened Custard, then drove him all
the way up to Cairns, before selling him again (sob, sob). He
served us faithful and we only had a few problems (the main one
being the legalities of re-selling it. More info on that in the forum.
Before we purchased our van, we were also lucky
enough to be leant a brand new 4x4 BMW to drive along the Great
Ocean Road. Thanks Carol and Graeme!
